There are tons of information that will help you in your quest to either lose fat off of your thighs or build muscle. Overall loss of fat has as much to do with your diet as it does your exercise.
But for specific thigh exercises, simple squats alternated with some front to back lunges will work the thighs really well. If you have never done squats before, just get a kitchen chair and sit down in it. Get back up and repeat for as many times as you can.
Lunges are a simple step forwards or backwards and a bend at both knees. Come back to starting position and step with the opposite leg. Repeat as many times as you can.
Add some walking every day and your thighs will lose fat and your muscles will become stronger and more shapely.
Do you have any advice on anabolic steroids? ive been weight training for 6 months, 150 pounds and want to get jacked. i heard test/deca are good steroids.
Sorry but I can’t give any info on steroid use. Yes, they do work if used properly. Problem is they are illegal.
