How long can you hold this pull up position?

Out of the about 10 gazillion Health, Fitness and Diet

Gurus out there, what makes me any different from any of

them?

Well there are a few things. 

Number 1:   I do have a few credentials. 

Number 2:   I live the lifestyle and have done so for quite

            awhile.

Number 3:   I have taught classes on fitness at the high   

            school, community college, university,         

            military and community levels.
Number 4:   You won’t find my name associated with bogus   

            diet schemes or pills. 

Number 5:   You won’t find my name associated with         

            worthless exercise programs or                 

            equipment.

Number 6:   You won’t find me promoting the latest miracle 

            cure for any diseases. 

Number 7:     The pictures on my web site of me were taken
             in March of 2010.

Number 8:    My programs are geared towards the average  

             individual that wants to get in
             good shape, eat right and live a long and     

             permanently healthy lifestyle.

Number 9:    My programs do not include drastic changes to 

             your lifestyle. 

There are more, but that gives you an idea. 

Let me elaborate on a few of the points I mentioned above. 

Number 1:   I have a Bachelor’s degree from the U. of      

            Wisconsin in Physical Education.
            I also have a Master’s degree from the U. of   

            California in PE.

Number 2:   I am _________years old.  I am going to have a 

            contest soon and let people guess my age.
            Winners will win a free copy of my ebook. 

Number 3:   I have taught fitness, racket sports and       

            martial arts at YWCA’s, Army and Navy
            bases, several community colleges, several     

            community programs and 4 different
            universities.

Number 9:   One of the main problems with trying to lose   

            weight or get in shape quickly is the
            fact that your body (and your mind and spirit) 

            will fight you when you make drastic
            changes.  That is why you won’t find 3 hour    

            marathon training sessions.  That is
            you won’t find 1000 calorie a day reductions in

            what you eat. 

You can have a great body, a healthy diet and a healthy

lifestyle for your whole life.  I have been living this for

over __________ years.  (Whoops, almost gave my age away

there!)

With my years of teaching experience and success, I have

just now introduced myself to the online world and created

the opportunity for you to take advantage of my knowledge. 

I also have a somewhat warped sense of humor. 

So I hope you enjoy your journey through life and if I can

add to your experiences of living a healthy life then my

mission is accomplished.
